Qualifications

• N6 certificate in Finance or related field.
• Strong computer literacy and data interpretation abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyse, and interpret financial and operational data.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities with clear insights.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives through data analysis.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

N6 certificate in Finance, or a related field.

The skills we need:

• Time management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Data interpretation and presentation.

Key responsibilities:

• Collect, analyse, and interpret financial and operational data to support business decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis and provide clear insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and performance analysis.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests as required.

This is an 18-month contract position.
