- Lead and oversee financial operations, reporting, and audits across the group.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of group AFS, monthly reports, and committee reporting.
- Manage tax compliance, SARS submissions, and audit coordination.
- Provide oversight on key IFRS areas including IFRS 2, 3, 9, 15, and 16.
- Manage treasury functions, including daily cashflow monitoring and RCF facility administration.
- Coordinate budgeting and forecasting across rental units and capex planning.
- Lead a high-performing team including finance interns, portfolio finance managers, and the HO accountant.
- Drive statutory compliance, including XBRL reporting and annual returns.
- Support strategic initiatives, process improvements, and internal controls.
Minimum Requirements :
- CA(SA) qualification with a BCom Honours degree.
- Minimum 35 years experience in a senior finance leadership role.
- Proven background in the property sector, ideally with REITs or commercial real estate exposure.
- Deep understanding of IFRS, JSE listing requirements, and financial regulations.
- Strong working knowledge of MDA or other property management systems.
