Requirements
A PhD in Agricultural Economics, Agricultural Research Management, or a related discipline.
8 years of management experience, with at least 5 years at a senior management level.
Professional membership with a relevant scientific or research organisation.
Extensive experience in a scientific research environment, with a deep understanding of the agricultural sector.
Proven track record in leading and coordinating research support functions in a multidisciplinary organisation.
Experience in stakeholder engagement, including government, industry, and international research institutions.
Strong knowledge of research governance, intellectual property management, and commercialisation of research outputs.
Demonstrated ability to integrate research, innovation, and business development strategies.
