Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full financial function, including reporting, compliance, strategic finance, and risk management across multiple entities.
• Build and implement systems and processes to enable the professionalisation and scaling of the finance function.
• Manage cross border tax, transfer pricing, and multi entity consolidation requirements.
• Deliver robust financial insights to support strategic decision making by the executive team.
• Operate hands-on in a lean environment, working directly with the Managing Director and senior stakeholders to drive performance and growth.

Experience and Educational Requirements

• CA(SA) or equivalent qualification preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive finance experience, ideally with a blend of structured corporate and agile entrepreneurial/SME environments.
• Strong technical knowledge, particularly in multi entity consolidation and cross border tax.
• Demonstrated experience leading or significantly contributing to the professionalisation of finance functions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the resilience to thrive in a fast paced, vision led environment.
• Based in Cape Town.
