Seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead the division’s financial strategy, operations, and compliance. This senior role is critical to driving business performance, ensuring sound governance, and supporting executive decision-making. The role reports directly to the Managing Director and plays a key part in the Executive Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of financial strategy aligned with business goals.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax laws, and South African financial regulations.
• Manage risk, internal controls, audits, and financial governance processes.
• Provide strategic insights to support growth, investment, and business decisions.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Engage with actuaries on insurance product performance.
• Participate in board, executive, and insurance fund committees.
