We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Director with a CA (SA) qualification and over 10 years of experience, including significant managerial experience in the Financial Services sector, ideally within lending. The ideal candidate will provide strategic financial leadership, ensuring compliance and driving growth.

POSITION INFO :

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Extensive experience in Financial Services, with a strong preference for experience in the lending sector.
• Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
