Job Description :
- Planning and forecasting : Responsible for the coordination, preparation, and on-time submission of the annual Operating plan (P&L, BS, cash flow, etc.). This includes forecasting for 1, 2, & 3 years, monthly operating plans, SOPs, and related responsibilities.
- Accounts Receivable and Credit Management : Responsible for the full credit management function, including customer detail maintenance on SAP, in accordance with company and group directives.
- Supplier Management : Creation and management of new suppliers on the SAP system, along with maintenance of the central supplier database.
- Annual Financial Audit : Providing accurate accounting records and supporting documents to external auditors, and assisting the financial manager and auditors with queries.
- Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) : Responsible for the full ERM function, including the One-roof system.
- Insurance : Full management of company insurance policies.
- SAP Administration and System Improvements : Maintenance of all AZA users and access rights on SAP.
- General Responsibilities : Weekly and monthly reporting, along with adhoc requirements as specified by the Finance Manager and CFO.
- Leadership / People Management : Effectively manage, motivate, and develop staff; provide coaching and support to team members; act as an effective business partner.
- Monitoring Performance : Preparation and submission of monthly cost reports to the Group, with analysis and corrective actions as needed.
- Compliance : Ensure full financial compliance with all group and internal directives, processes, and procedures, including supporting annual compliance campaigns.
- Customer Satisfaction : Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Skills, Experience, Competencies & Qualifications :
- Excellent IFRS and accounting knowledge.
- Leadership and effective communication skills (written and verbal).
- Effective project management skills, including project planning and coordination.
- Advanced computer literacy: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), GSuite, SAP (non-negotiable), advanced Excel skills (non-negotiable).
- Qualifications & Experience :
- Accounting Degree.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant / CIMA / CMA / ACCA / CFA (advantageous).
- Minimum 4 years experience in accounting or finance within a company.
- Experience managing a team (advantageous).
- Awareness of compliance risks and a commitment to integrity.
