We’re looking for a dynamic Finance Business Partner to join the Business Bank Payments team, supporting Capitec Pay (Open Banking).
Capitec Pay (Open Banking) is an exciting and rapidly growing area within Business Bank Payments. It’s focused on building simple, seamless, and secure digital payment solutions. Through Open Banking, we enable clients to initiate secure payments directly from their bank accounts, offering faster, more flexible ways to pay online — without needing a card.
As part of this forward-thinking team, you’ll play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making, shaping pricing strategies, and delivering insights that influence the future of digital payments.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll:

1. Partner closely with business leaders to drive financial performance and strategic outcomes.
2. Deliver high-quality financial models, forecasts, and business cases.
3. Provide clear insights on revenue growth, cost optimization, and long-term strategy.
4. Help scale and grow Capitec Pay (Open Banking) through smart financial leadership.

Your Experience and Skills

We’re looking for someone who:

1. Has a strong foundation in finance (CIMA, CA(SA), or similar qualification preferred).
2. Thrives in fast-paced, agile environments.
3. Can think strategically while still delivering hands-on, detailed financial work.
4. Communicates clearly, challenges the status quo, and adds continuous value.
