A fast-growing climate tech company operating across Africa is looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner with a CA(SA) qualification and 3+ years’ experience in a managerial or senior finance role to join their lean, high-performing team. Backed by leading global investors and major tech clients, the business is scaling rapidly and solving critical challenges in agriculture, sustainability, and carbon markets.

In this role, you'll work closely with the founders and finance leadership to drive financial strategy, modelling, reporting, and forecasting — playing a key role in building the financial engine behind an impact-driven organisation.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead core financial operations, reporting, and compliance
• Build robust financial models and dynamic forecasts
• Support investor reporting, data rooms, and capital planning
• Prepare board packs, dashboards, and financial insights
• Drive budgeting, planning, and grant-related financial tracking
• Act as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified CA(SA)
• 3+ years’ experience in managerial or senior finance/business partner roles
• Strong financial modelling and Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Detail-oriented, commercially minded, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
• Bonus: Experience in start-ups, agri-business, or climate-related sectors
