Job Description
Commercial Finance Execution Accountabilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on financial data integrity, accounting processes, reconciliations, analysis, and reporting for end-to-end financial management.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of end-to-end processes and relevant systems.
- Implement robust MI reporting processes aligned with business strategy.
- Support internal and external audits effectively.
- Ensure operational excellence and responsiveness of finance to support growth and profitability.
- Prepare for reporting cycles and engage with finance and business teams.
- Focus on performance improvement through data-driven insights.
- Report key financial issues to CFO and leadership.
- Create seamless customer experiences via finance enablement.
- Innovate and optimize finance operations, embracing digital solutions.

- Support effective planning processes aligned with business strategies.

- Prepare for planning cycles with relevant teams.
- Refine finance planning, tracking, and control processes.

Role / Person Specification
- Minimum B-degree; postgraduate degree preferred. CA (SA) or CIMA qualification preferred.
- 3+ years of financial management experience.
- Experience in finance processes and commercial innovation.
- Broad finance knowledge including strategy, legal, risk, and operations.
- Understanding of the financial services sector.
- Ability to build collaborative work environments.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Sciences (Required)
