Responsibilities :

• Lead the preparation and management of budgets and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
• Drive accountability and provide insights to cluster heads, embedding ROI insights into the forecasting process.
• Act as a liaison between finance and operations, addressing issues and facilitating communication.
• Conduct financial analyses to provide trends and indicators to client executives.
• Manage risks related to outstanding debtors and ensure effective people management.

Requirements :

• 6+ years of accounting experience, including 3 years in management accounting and 3 years in a managerial position
• Strong financial and commercial acumen
