About the Role

The Finance Business Partner will provide financial insights, strategic guidance, and analytical support to sales and marketing teams. This role is crucial in driving financial performance, optimising budgets, and supporting long-term business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial background, advanced financial modeling skills, and the ability to work closely with key stakeholders to enhance decision-making. This role reports to the Global Financial Controller and collaborates closely with the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support strategic initiatives.
• Develop and manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Create and maintain financial models to support decision-making.
• Monitor financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership to execute financial strategies and optimise business performance.
• Utilise financial software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) to analyse data and enhance efficiencies.
• Assist in improving financial processes, reporting systems, and data accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• CA (SA) or CIMA qualification (strongly preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a finance role, with a focus on business partnering.
• Experience supporting sales and marketing teams (highly desirable).
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau).
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualisation tools.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and time zones.
