The ideal candidate will have a Grade 12 education, with a Bachelor's degree preferred, alongside relevant experience, skills in financial consultation, and the ability to ensure compliance with regulations.

Minimum Qualification:
Grade 12
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
FAIS accredited
NCA Accreditation (advantageous)
Relevant dealership certifications
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive finance and insurance
Key Skills:
Knowledge of financing options, credit scoring, and lending practices
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Customer engagement and interpersonal abilities
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and organized
Proficiency in relevant software and dealership CRM systems
Experience handling approximately 60 vehicle units per month
Transparent, honest, and able to work under pressure
Digital Literacy:
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Dealership platforms (e.g. Signio)
CRM and accounts management tools

Role Description:
The Finance and Insurance Manager supports vehicle sales by offering finance and insurance products, conducting credit evaluations, ensuring compliance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Consultation and Sales:
Collaborate with sales teams to offer tailored finance options and products
Explain and negotiate finance terms clearly
Aftermarket Product Sales:
Promote extended warranties, insurance, and protection plans
Align offerings with customer needs
Customer Financial Evaluation:
Review credit applications and analyze reports
Advise customers on improving creditworthiness
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure all F&I processes meet legal/regulatory standards
Maintain accurate records and paperwork
CRM Stages:
Manual Approval: Evaluate affordability, verify documents
Vals Stage: Fraud prevention and company verification
Delivery Stage: Identity and bank verification
After Sales: Payment reminders and client check-ins
*Salary - R20,000.00 - Basic + Commission
