We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager with a strong corporate sales background to lead our Newcastle branch. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on driving performance, developing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities : Lead, manage, and inspire a team of Corporate Sales Representatives, administrative staff, and operational support to exceed branch targets. Drive corporate sales performance through strategic planning, execution, and mentoring of the sales team. Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by building strong relationships with key accounts and ensuring consistent service delivery. Oversee branch operations and administration, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, compliance, and quality control. Monitor and report on sales KPIs, operational metrics, and financial performance to Head Office. Identify and implement process improvements to maximise productivity, client retention, and profitability. Requirements : Minimum 5 years of current experience in a corporate sales and branch management role, ideally in telematics, technology, automotive, logistics, or fleet management. Proven success in leading high-performing sales teams, particularly within B2B or corporate channels. Strong administrative and operational oversight capabilities. Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Advanced business acumen, with the ability to analyse data and implement strategic decisions. Proficient in CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel (intermediate level or higher). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) required; relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous.
