- At least 5 years of experience in an accounting role.
- Mastery of financial and accounting principles with the ability to influence company-wide strategy.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and management skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Understanding of the company's products/services.
- Proactive in identifying and resolving financial issues.
- Intermediate MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and email communication.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall finance operations of the company.
- Collect, process, analyze financial data to derive factual conclusions.
- Draft and oversee the company budget, ensuring departmental adherence.
- Analyze financial data to improve profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies for financial growth.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient funds.
- Prepare financial statements monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Oversee financial transactions, including invoicing and payments.
- Coordinate audits and ensure compliance.
- Ensure timely tax filings and statutory compliance.
- Manage VAT and tax payments.
- Oversee asset management and staff expenses.
- Develop training programs for finance teams.
- Process overtime templates approved by the Executive Head/MD.
- Complete commission schedules for Account Managers.
- Ensure timely salary payments and HR system updates.
- Enforce company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconciliations.
- Complete month-end processes accurately and on time.
- Continuously improve financial processes and systems.
- Provide financial guidance to internal departments and stakeholders.
