Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall finance operations of the company.
  • Collect, process, analyze financial data to derive factual conclusions.
  • Draft and oversee the company budget, ensuring departmental adherence.
  • Analyze financial data to improve profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies for financial growth.
  • Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient funds.
  • Prepare financial statements monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Oversee financial transactions, including invoicing and payments.
  • Coordinate audits and ensure compliance.
  • Ensure timely tax filings and statutory compliance.
  • Manage VAT and tax payments.
  • Oversee asset management and staff expenses.
  • Develop training programs for finance teams.
  • Process overtime templates approved by the Executive Head/MD.
  • Complete commission schedules for Account Managers.
  • Ensure timely salary payments and HR system updates.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reconciliations.
  • Complete month-end processes accurately and on time.
  • Continuously improve financial processes and systems.
  • Provide financial guidance to internal departments and stakeholders.
