About The Job
- We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Administrator with 1 to 2 years of experience to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will assist in daily financial tasks, ensure accurate record-keeping, and help maintain the smooth functioning of our financial systems.
Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments
- Follow up on customer invoices and outstanding payments
- Reconcile supplier and customer accounts
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Bank & Cash Management
- Assist in daily cash flow monitoring
- Prepare bank reconciliations
- Support petty cash tracking and replenishment
- General Accounting Support
- Assist in data entry for the general ledger
- Help prepare monthly journal entries
- File and organize financial documents and supporting records
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Invoicing
- Administrative & Reporting Tasks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial files
- Assist in generating financial reports (e.g., expense summaries, income statements)
- Respond to finance-related inquiries from internal departments
- Help ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
- Attend to client queries online and telephonically
- Support to Finance Team
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and audit support files
- Liaise with suppliers or clients regarding invoice or payment queries
- Help implement and improve financial processes and systems
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or administrative role
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
