Responsibilities:
- Completes financial planning and reporting activities.
- Performs financial analysis regarding trends, financial structure, asset, cash and liabilities, etc.
- Analyses and monitors key performance indicators and business performance and creates regular reports to management.
- May perform and complete projects developing financial and controlling standards and guidelines.
- Supports in risk management, treasury, M&A or tax aspects to manage financial resources effectively.
- Carries out a range of operational tasks and project work in the area of expertise as assigned by superior.
- Maintains working relations with external financial experts (e.g., banks, tax counselors, chartered accountants).
- Monitors foreign currency exposure, reconciles this to forward exchange cover and ensures the risk is sufficiently hedged.
- Evaluates future exposure and possible hedging options.
- Prepares financial reporting on foreign currency and advises business on foreign exposure.
- Sets up controls and processes for the forex function.
- Monitors monthly costs development and collaborates with relevant stakeholders.
- Conducts E2C preparation, data entry and data quality check.
- Prepares CS commentary and conducts I3 preparation and data entry.
- Performs month-end, quarterly and yearly closings (ICC cross charges, accruals, specific local requirements, physical count…).
- Supports CS Heads / Manager for inventory monitoring and controlling.
- Takes ownership of the forecast and budgeting processes (Costs and FTEs).
- Supervises and approves FOC orders.
- Manages productivity measures with main stakeholders and proceeds with data entry in OPW.
- Supports P58 implementation locally and ensures clear understanding of CS topics.
- Conducts ad hoc requests.
Qualifications:
- National Diploma / Bachelor's in Business Administration.
- Degree in Finance Advantageous.
- 3 to 5 years relevant finance experience.
