Job description

Role Overview: Finance Analyst

Your typical day could start with leveraging your natural ability to network and build effective relationships within the Finance team and across the business. You might be tasked with analyzing disrepair costs and using your Excel skills to handle large datasets and journals.

As a Finance Analyst, you'll analyze various data sources to produce reallocation journals for Property Services costs, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and internal regulations.

You should be able to build effective relationships and enjoy collaborative work. Your ability to find creative solutions and your proactive approach will be valued. The role requires you to be in the office 1-2 days per week, with the remaining time working remotely.

This role encompasses all aspects of a Finance Analyst position—from accounting and reallocation of entries to process improvements. If you're creative in problem-solving and committed to excellent customer service, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications and Skills

• Knowledgeable in account systems such as SUN and Q&A
• Experience working with large data sets

Additional Information

We have two roles available at our Westminster Bridge Road office, with occasional visits to other locations. Please note, this is a 1-year fixed-term contract to cover a specific project.
