A leading company in Gauteng is seeking a Financial Administrator to manage invoicing and payments. This role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office and SAGE PASTEL. The candidate should have a degree in finance or accounting, and experience in a related role is preferred.
Send daily invoices and job cards to customers.
Issue monthly rental invoices and statements to customers
Verify and submit daily and monthly payments on time.
Check and collect all supplier invoices.
Allocate debtor and creditor payments on a weekly basis.
Maintain proper filing of all invoices and slips.
Follow up on outstanding invoices.
Capture SIV and manage petty cash.
Ensure an understanding of and compliance with taxation procedures for the company
Strong financial planning and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of finance principles and accounting procedures
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, SAGE PASTEL
Ability to work independently and as a team
A degree in finance, accounting or relevant field is required
Experience in a similar role is preferred.
