Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance team to track and manage DC‑related expenses
  • Capture and process all invoices, including consumables, stationery, uniforms, labour, and other ad‑hoc expenses
  • Reconcile all Purchase Orders at month‑end and ensure accruals are correctly actioned
  • Communicate with the Finance team regarding supplier queries, including remittances, non‑payments, and urgent payments
  • Distribute timesheets to Labour Brokers on a weekly basis and validate pay queries
  • Maintain database accuracy in the Biometrics system
  • Assist in preparing the DC monthly income statement and month‑end journals to ensure accurate cost allocation
  • Prepare cost variance analyses and reports/dashboards highlighting trends, issues, and solutions
  • Support workforce planning and management, including preparing weekly timesheets for HOD approvals and invoicing for temporary employment service providers
  • Identify and propose cost reduction initiatives while maintaining productivity
  • Assist with ad‑hoc team responsibilities as required
  • Support month‑end and year‑end financial processes related to the DC functions

This is a 12‑month contract position.
