Job summary

A leading online retail organization in Durban is seeking a Finance & Admin Management Graduate for a 12-month contract. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and strong analytical skills. Selected candidates will support financial administration, manage attendance systems, and assist with procurement tasks. Responsibilities

  • Support Time & Attendance administration, including biometrics updates.
  • Assist with basic financial administration, including invoice capturing.
  • Complete onboarding and training on DC systems.
  • Support the Admin office with day-to-day tasks.
  • Support procurement and inventory management.
  • Update and maintain daily KPI dashboards and reports.
  • Assist with month-end finance activities, including PO reconciliation.
  • Assist with budget preparation, cost analysis, and spend tracking.
  • Provide insights on usage trends and supplier performance.
  • Support audit, compliance, and year-end processes.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, and Admin stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Time & Attendance administration, including biometrics updates and headcount reconciliation.

  • Support procurement and inventory management for packaging, consumables, and uniforms.
  • Update and maintain daily KPI dashboards and reports.
  • Assist with month‑end finance activities, including PO reconciliation, accruals, and supplier statements.
  • Assist with budget preparation, cost analysis, and spend tracking.
  • Provide insights on usage trends and supplier performance.
  • Support audit, compliance, and year‑end processes.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, and Admin stakeholders to drive efficiency.
