Job summary

Red Bull South Africa is offering a 6-month internship in the accounting department within our finance team. You will assist with finance tasks related to key suppliers and help maintain the financial control environment.

Reporting to the Chief Accountant, you will process invoices in SAP, review coding, monitor vendor balances, and support management reporting. This internship blends hands-on accounting experience with an inside look at how Red Bull manages costs.

Responsibilities

• Processing of invoices in SAP.
• Ensuring and maintaining the quality of the financial control environment by reviewing coding and authorizations.
• Monitoring vendor account balances, ensuring accounts remain in a credit status.
• Assisting with analyzing the invoices posted by preparing various reports on actuals costs vs. Budget.
• Keeping a record of reporting items for management reporting.
• Dealing promptly and efficiently with queries from both vendors and employees.
• Building and maintaining relationships with both vendors and employees.
