Job Description:

1. Machine operation
2. Carry out operating activities according to the Standard Operating Procedures / Instructions.
3. Monitor the processing of the Bottle Filling operation to ensure the smooth flow of production and quality by carrying out physical checks at regular intervals.
4. Carry out sanitation instructions to ensure effective sanitation of the Bottle filling line and surrounding areas.
5. Ensure the machine is running at the correct specifications and standards by regularly checking calibration and settings.
6. Bottle Filling Processes
7. Check and verify that the relevant product documentation (QC Production Record Pack) is completed accurately and on time according to quality control requirements.
8. Load the Bottle Filling machine with the correct filling materials, ensuring the correct operating procedures are followed.
9. Check that the correct raw materials are used for each production run to meet product specifications.
10. Quality Management System
11. Verify product specifications to prevent incorrect products, waste, re-runs, and efficiency issues.
12. Health, Safety, and Housekeeping
13. Check Critical Control Points (CCPs) including Glass Particles, Integrity Testing, Ozone Treatment, Chemical Residue.
14. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures; report any unsafe acts immediately.
15. Adhere to HACCP principles and participate in annual HACCP training.
16. Follow protective clothing policies.

Qualifications:

• Grade 12
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in BIB production or manufacturing, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
• Experience with quality management systems (QMS), GMP compliance, and record keeping.
• At least 2 years of operator experience in a similar environment.
