Job Summary :
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Filing Clerk to join our team on a fixed-term basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, scanning and filing documents, and supporting reception with basic administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
Accurately capture and maintain analysis reports using Microsoft Excel
Scan, upload, and file documents into the company’s digital and physical filing systems
Archive documents systematically
Scan and electronically save data books for internal records
Assist the Reception area by answering the switchboard and directing calls as needed
Minimum Requirements :
Proven experience in a similar administrative or filing role
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Able to manage time effectively and work independently
Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner
Reside in or have reliable transport to Benoni
