Job Title: Filing Clerk (Fixed-Term Contract)

Location: Benoni, Gauteng

Contract Duration: 1 July 2025 – 31 December 2025

Salary: R7,000.00 per month (Cost to Company)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Filing Clerk to join our team on a fixed-term basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, scanning and filing documents, and supporting reception with basic administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately capture and maintain analysis reports using Microsoft Excel
  • Scan, upload, and file documents into the company’s digital and physical filing systems
  • Archive documents systematically
  • Scan and electronically save data books for internal records
  • Assist the Reception area by answering the switchboard and directing calls as needed
Minimum Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative or filing role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Able to manage time effectively and work independently
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner
  • Reside in or have reliable transport to Benoni
