Location around Kempton Park, Johannesburg, with travel across Gauteng. Minimum 5 years in vehicle tracking and telematics, strong automotive electrical knowledge, CANBUS integration, and dashcam/MDVR installations;

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in vehicle tracking/telematics.
• Deep understanding of automotive electrical systems, relays, and power/ignition sources.
• Experience with CANBUS integration and dashcam fitments.
• Valid South African driver’s license with at least 3 years’ driving experience.
• Willingness to travel frequently to outlying areas.
• Residence within commuting distance to OR Tambo Airport area.

Aufgaben

• Advanced installations: Install, maintain, and troubleshoot vehicle tracking, fleet management, and telematics systems.
• Camera fitments: Install MDVR and camera systems across various fleet types.
• System integration: Identify and integrate CANBUS wiring, relays, and central locking.
• Field service: Travel to Gauteng and nearby regions for onsite client installations and support.
• Quality assurance: Ensure wiring is secure, hidden, and compliant with safety standards.
