Primary Responsibilities :
Serve as the product, system, and technology expert on all POC / Biomedical equipment. Understand how systems interrelate both within the operating room and with other departments within the hospital environment.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our software-based clinical workflow solutions and communicate the benefits effectively to diverse end-users and stakeholders, particularly navigating hospital IT departments to gain acceptance.
Prepare cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents; consult with engineers, architects, and other technical personnel as needed.
Coordinate all aspects of the technical selling process under the direction of the Sales Director, ensuring a seamless transition to Project Management after sales closure.
Establish and service accounts by identifying potential customers and planning sales calls in collaboration with the sales team.
Support the sales process by preparing and presenting technical information to the sales team or hospital end-users.
Assist in developing sales training programs and disseminate technical information effectively.
Partner with customers to develop functionality requirements for POC / Biomed equipment, guiding project definition and refinement for sign-off.
Identify short-term and long-term issues affecting sales engineering / product effectiveness; recommend solutions and implement directives.
Support participation in conventions as required.
Develop expertise in competitive technology identification and assessment.
Enhance professional and technical knowledge through workshops, publications, networking, and participation in professional societies.
Focus obsessively on understanding customer needs and how our products can help achieve their goals.
