Field Technician

Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Field Technician at Dallmayr South Africa, located in Durban North. The Field Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and operating coffee machines in office environments. Duties include equipment setup, troubleshooting, repairs, and ensuring optimal machine functionality.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in equipment installation and maintenance
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Organization and time management skills
• Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience in the coffee industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are beneficial
• Valid Driver's License
