About Our Client

Our client, a leading player in the agricultural sector, is seeking a Field Supervisor to join their Palm Oil Estates Operations team in Indonesia. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious and adventurous South African, based anywhere in South Africa, to take on a dynamic, hands-on role within large-scale field operations in a highly rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily field activities including planting, harvesting, crop care, and road maintenance.
  • Ensure efficient transportation of harvested fruit from the estate to the mills.
  • Analyse productivity data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor and upskill a team of 50–150 field workers across 500–2,300 hectares.
  • Contribute to a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance excellence.
