Position Overview

We are seeking a Field Service Engineer for our RMS (Research Microscopy Solutions) Division. The key responsibilities include:

1. Timely preparation and submission of job cards.
2. Estimation and preparation of cost assessments for required work.
3. Providing technical support to sales during exhibitions, demos, and client visits.
4. Traveling to clients both nationally and internationally.
5. Promoting and supporting the sale of Product Support Agreements (PSA).
6. Collaborating with internal staff and providing feedback to management.
7. Training customers on product usage.
8. Maintaining the customer database.
9. Mentoring and training new engineers and trainees.

Qualifications and Experience

Education: Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in Electron Microscopy or related fields. Proficiency in PC usage, electronic troubleshooting, software, and customer interaction skills are essential.

Must be a team player, capable of working independently and under pressure.
