We're an industry leader that's rapidly growing our Technical Services division and have an immediate need for professional Production Service Technicians to delight our customers.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Offer outstanding service to clients by managing call resolution in accordance with customer SLA agreements.
  • Leverage senior-level experience in electromechanical equipment to perform repairs and maintenance on large scale production equipment.
  • Perform maintenance including technical diagnostics, software loads, installation, and removal of assigned products.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact and manage maintenance, production, and supply inventories of assigned equipment.
  • Provide assistance and guidance to team members regarding policies and equipment repair best practices.

Skills And Qualifications
  • Senior electro-mechanical experience, including troubleshooting electrical circuits and reading electrical schematics.
  • Superior time management skills; dependability is crucial.
  • Valid driver's license and appropriate insurance coverage; a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is included in our technician background check.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical activities for over 50% of the workday.
  • Useful certifications for this role.
