Primary Responsibilities

1. Offer outstanding service to clients by managing call resolution in accordance with customer SLA agreements.
2. Leverage senior-level experience in electromechanical equipment to perform repairs and maintenance on large scale production equipment.
3. Perform maintenance including technical diagnostics, software loads, installation, and removal of assigned products.
4. Serve as the primary customer contact and manage maintenance, production, and supply inventories of assigned equipment.
5. Provide assistance and guidance to team members regarding policies and equipment repair best practices.

Skills And Qualifications

• Senior electro-mechanical experience, including troubleshooting electrical circuits and reading electrical schematics.
• Superior time management skills; dependability is crucial.
• Valid driver's license and appropriate insurance coverage; a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is included in our technician background check.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical activities for over 50% of the workday.
• Useful certifications for this role.
