Role Overview: We are seeking professional field service technicians to join our rapidly growing Technical Services division. The role involves providing outstanding service, ensuring customer devices operate correctly, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and responsiveness.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Deliver excellent service to clients, ensuring devices are functioning properly and customers receive top-tier support.
2. Utilize electro-mechanical skills to repair devices, with training provided by certified instructors, online, and in-house.
3. Achieve productivity goals including call volume, first-time fix rate, response times, and minimizing parts costs.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Electro-mechanical experience, including troubleshooting electrical circuits with a multi-meter and reading electrical schematics.
• Experience in roles such as military, HVAC, cable internet technician, electrician, automotive mechanic, or repair technician.
• Strong time management, reliability, and a valid driver's license with appropriate insurance.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, walk, stand, squat, bend, and drive over 50% of the workday.
