Job summary

Qualifications

  • Qualified Electrician or Technician.

  • Experience with Control Systems electronics and/or Pneumatics.

Responsibilities

  • Report to client in writing and maintain records of repairs.
  • Prepare and manage warranty claims.
  • Provide telephonic and on-site support for customers.
  • Support internal sales technically.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO requirements.
  • Commission equipment and evaluate problems post-installation.
  • Attend to breakdowns effectively.
  • Assist with spare stock control and warehousing.
  • Help with customer quotes.

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Control Systems.
  • Experience with Control Systems electronics and / or Pneumatics.

Key Tasks :

  • Report to client in writing and record keeping of repairs and returns.
  • Prepare, submit and record keeping of warranty claims.
  • Telephonic and on-site support for customers.
  • Internal sales technical support.
  • Maintain ISO requirements.
  • Commissioning of equipment.
  • Problem evaluation on specific applications where equipment is used.
  • Attend to breakdowns.
  • Assist with spare stock control and warehousing.
  • Assist with customer quotes.
