Field Service Team Lead

Key Responsibilities
- Market Understanding: Analyze market position, assessing market share vs. potential from the installed base (IB).
- Strategic Decision-Making: Identify customer potential, segment by type.
- Business Development: Create and execute market strategies, proactively selling service products and SLAs to achieve targets.
- Result-Driven: Own order intake (OI) and gross margin (GM) responsibilities.
- Customer Focus: Understand customer needs, manage RFQ processes, and ensure solutions are provided.
- Leadership: Oversee and guide the local field service team in planning interventions and training.
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
- Technical or engineering degree, preferably with commercial education or international management.
- 5+ years of experience in service sales and field service operations.
- Proven ability to drive organizational change.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Skills:
- Proficient in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Skilled in account management and cultural adaptation within the assigned region.
