Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Location: Malawi

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in diagnostics or medical devices, specifically hospital instruments or laboratory equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of medical and laboratory equipment.
  2. Provide technical support and training to clients.
  3. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  4. Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
  5. Travel to client sites as required.
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
  1. Technical Qualification: National Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or Medical Technician.
  2. Must have a medical background or laboratory experience.
  3. Minimum of 3 years working experience as a Field Service Engineer or Instrument Engineer.
  4. Experience with diagnostics or medical devices, specifically hospital instruments or laboratory equipment.
  5. Valid driver's license and access to a car.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
