What You’ll Be Owning:
Leading and mentoring a team of merchandisers, field marketers, beauty consultants, and brand activators.
Driving execution of promotional activities like a pro—ensuring every planogram, POS, and product gets the spotlight it deserves.
Owning the shelf: making sure share of space and sales figures match the hustle.
Using your brain and your gut to make informed decisions from data, trends, and trade insights.
Collaborating like a boss with clients, store managers, and your own crew to keep operations sharp, efficient, and future-focused.
Managing budgets and resources like they’re your own, because excellence doesn’t come cheap, and waste isn’t your vibe.
Spotting innovation, seizing opportunity, and translating strategy into sales.
What You Bring to the Party:
A relevant diploma (NQF Level 5) and at least 2–3 years in a sales management/supervisory role within the FMCG world.
A Code 8 driver’s license and own car
Strong leadership chops and a passion for developing people.
A sharp commercial mind, natural negotiation skills, and the ability to turn pressure into performance.
Solid Excel and digital skills, you know your way around a spreadsheet and a dashboard.
A sense of humour, a dash of charm, and the kind of presence that people naturally follow.
