What you’ll do…
- Collaborate with the Business Development and Area Sales Manager to implement and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Promote S2S product offerings to increase business reach and attract new clients, passing leads to the BDM & ASM.
- Manage and grow existing accounts through strong relationship management and retention strategies.
- Plan and execute daily field visits to maximize territory coverage.
- Provide daily support to customers, addressing queries to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Work with the ASM on branding and marketing visibility within your territory.
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align field efforts with company goals.
- Provide feedback from the field to help improve products and services.
- Execute perfect store compliance.
- Assist in executing key projects that improve sales performance and customer experience.
- Conduct monthly market and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the BDM & ASM on lead generation and track conversion of leads.
- Manage safes and accounts with clear plans and strategies to ensure profitability of the territory.
- Present bi-weekly sales performance reports to the ASM for review.
- Ensure operational compliance through monthly vehicle checklist completion.
- Oversee fleet management and maintain up-to-date logbook records.
- Respond to ad-hoc tasks and support requests from senior leadership in line with your role.
- Ensure CRM data accuracy, completeness, compliance, and proper activity entries according to organizational guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience
- Grade 12 certificate.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of customer relationship management principles.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor performance.
Industry Knowledge
- Deep understanding of our industry in South Africa.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, pricing dynamics, and the competitor landscape.
