  1. Identify new business opportunities and generate referrals.
  2. Manage and grow existing accounts ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  3. Meet potential customers face-to-face and introduce them to Dawsongroup.
  4. Maximise van utilisation within your territory.
  5. Explore and develop new market opportunities.
  6. Work towards and achieve sales revenue targets.

About You

You're a natural people person with a drive to succeed. You enjoy problem-solving, adapting to new situations, and making the most of every opportunity.

  1. Proven experience in field sales and business development.
  2. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to spot sales opportunities.
  3. Confident communicator with excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
  4. Organised, adaptable, and proactive in managing your workload.
  5. A continuous learning mindset and a drive to grow your knowledge every day.
