Responsibilities include:

  • Developing new airfreight business to drive sales growth.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Managing a portfolio of potential customers and converting prospects into business.
  • Seeking new business opportunities and negotiating contractual terms.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver comprehensive logistics solutions.
  • Preparing sales documentation and ensuring smooth operational handover.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and manage client relationships.
  • Knowledge of airfreight, ocean freight, customs, and international trade.
  • Experience in logistics sales and business development.
  • Minimum 3-5 years in freight forwarding or related industries.
