Conduct regular client visits within your assigned base to strengthen relationships and grow revenue.
Develop new business opportunities with current clients, driving sales through face-to-face engagement and follow-ups.
Perform a minimum of six client visits per day, focusing on maintenance, development, and acquisition.
Plan client visits ahead of time to ensure consistent contact and engagement.
Acquire at least four new First-Time Buyers (FTBs) each month.
Network to discover new business leads and prospects.
Develop strategies to convert promising prospects into major account clients.
Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to minimize revenue loss.
Maintain a sales pipeline that accounts for at least 40% of your total portfolio revenue.
Achieve daily shipment volume targets in alignment with company objectives.
Collaborate across teams (Sales, Finance, Operations) to drive growth.
Keep detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
Minimum Requirements :
Education : Matric (Grade 12)
Tertiary Qualification : Preferably a commercial degree / diploma or a related field.
Experience : Minimum of 3 years in a field sales role, ideally within logistics or a similar industry.
Drivers License : Valid, with a reliable vehicle.
Skills : Strong negotiation, communication (verbal and written), and relationship management skills.
