The Field Sales Coordinator is a key resource within Nurture Brands, supporting the Vital brand among others. Familiarity with the Health & Wellness category will be beneficial. You will play a vital role in driving sales execution and promotional efforts across our portfolio, helping to strengthen the market presence of our brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, implement, and evaluate promotional activities to enhance brand presence and market penetration.
  2. Coordinate and manage sales agents effectively.
  3. Follow a structured cyclical and monthly call cycle to ensure efficient coverage of targeted outlets.
  4. Drive market share growth of promoted products within the designated territory.
  5. Meet call activity standards and ensure optimal visit frequency to key customers.
  6. Ensure correct product ranging and execution based on individual customer profiles.
  7. Analyze performance trends and identify areas requiring additional promotional focus.
  8. Identify in-store opportunities through regular visits and build effective in-store relationships, including executing ad hoc displays.
  9. Direct and manage third-party sales agents to execute agreed sales strategies and plans.
  10. Coordinate and facilitate product and promotional training sessions in alignment with marketing.
