Job summary

PnS Group in KwaZulu-Natal invites applications for a Regional Operations Manager role overseeing FMCG retail and wholesale syndicated sales and merchandising services across the area. You will ensure sales and merchandising standards are consistently met to optimise client product availability.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in operations within the retail and wholesale sector, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Proven track record of driving operational efficiency, sales, and merchandising excellence in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in managing large, distributed teams and working with retail and wholesale partners across large areas.
• Strong experience in the liquor industry.
