Job summary

PnS Group in Knysna seeks an experienced operations supervisor for FMCG retail and wholesale syndicated sales and merchandising across a large area. You will manage daily operations and ensure adherence to sales and merchandising standards to optimise product availability.

Qualifications

• National certificate in business administration or Retail Operations Management, or equivalent.
• 2 years in retail/wholesale operations with at least 1 year supervising.
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency, sales and merchandising.
• Experience managing large, distributed teams with retail/wholesale partners.
• Strong experience in the liquor industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage all operational activities for the specified area’s FMCG retail and wholesale syndicated sales and merchandising services.
