Job summary

PnS Group in South Africa is seeking an operations manager to oversee all operational activities for the FMCG retail and wholesale syndicated sales and merchandising services in the Brakpan area. You will ensure sales and merchandising standards are met to optimise client product availability and drive efficiency.

The role requires a National certificate in business administration or Retail Operations Management, and 2 years in operations with at least 1 year in supervision; experience in liquor

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in operations within the retail and wholesale sector, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Proven track record of driving operational efficiency, sales, and merchandising excellence in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in managing large, distributed teams and working with retail and wholesale partners across large areas.
• Strong experience in the liquor industry
