Job summary

PnS Group in South Africa is seeking a capable Operations Manager to oversee all operational activities in the KwaZulu-Natal Port Shepstone area for its FMCG retail and wholesale syndicated sales and merchandising services.

You will ensure sales and merchandising standards are consistently met to optimise client product availability, drive efficiency, and lead large distributed teams across retail and wholesale partners, with a strong emphasis on the liquor sector.

Qualifications

• National certificate in business administration.
• 2 years of experience in operations within the retail and wholesale sector, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Proven track record of driving operational efficiency, sales, and merchandising excellence in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in managing large, distributed teams and working with retail and wholesale partners across large areas.
• Strong experience in the liquor industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage all operational activities for the area’s FMCG retail and wholesale syndicated sales and merchandising services, ensuring standards are met to optimise client product availability.
