Field Merchandiser - Brits/Hartbeespoort

MVC Marketing is seeking a vibrant and hardworking individual to join our dynamic team as a Field Merchandiser in Brits/Hartbeespoort and surrounding areas. Applicants must be able to work independently and integrate well into a team.

Job Description:

1. Call on a database of stores in the area.
2. Manage allocated store database in the area.
3. Merchandise products in store.
4. Data collection.
5. Reporting on store related issues.
6. Place point of sale displays in stores.
7. Manage product displays as per the seasonal cycles.
8. Interact regularly with all store staff to keep them informed about upcoming product promotions.
9. Build and maintain relationships with store managers and floor salesmen in the store.
10. Conduct in-store training and complete system reporting.
11. Travelling/Store Visits daily.

A Field Merchandiser is required to be well-groomed and professional at all times. Applicants are required to provide themselves with their own transport.

Requirements:

1. Complete Matric.
2. Valid Driver’s Licence.
3. Own reliable vehicle.
4. At least one Certificate in Marketing/Sales or related industry.
5. Cellular/Network Knowledge and Experience.
6. At least one year experience in merchandising and sales.
7. Good communication skills and fluency in English.
8. Good computer literacy, knowledge, and experience in Microsoft Office packages.
9. Field Marketing Experience.
