Job summary

MVC Marketing is seeking a Field Merchandiser to cover store visits across the Western Cape. The role focuses on merchandising, data collection, and reporting on store issues while maintaining strong relationships with store staff and management.

You will train staff, set up point of sale displays, and ensure seasonal product campaigns are executed. A valid driver’s license and transport are required to travel between stores daily.

• Must be well groomed and professional at all times.
• Applicants must have their own transport.

Responsibilities

• Call on a database of stores in the area.
• Manage allocated store database in the area.
• Merchandise products in store.
• Data collection and reporting on store related issues.
• Place point of sale displays in stores.
• Manage product displays as per seasonal cycles.
• Interact regularly with store staff to keep them informed about upcoming product promotions.
• Build and maintain relationships with store managers and floor salesmen in the store.
• Conduct in-store training and complete system reporting.
• Travelling/store visits daily.
