Role Responsibilities

• Secure technical business opportunities through specifications and provide ongoing support to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales teams to convert specifications into sales and foster engineering product expertise among sales personnel.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities within targeted customer groups and projects.
• Manage sales and application processes for regional projects, coordinating engineering and sales resources.
• Develop and analyze business plans to expand sales within your customer base.
• Use consultative selling skills to demonstrate the value of our products, software, and services.
• Build strong client relationships to help find innovative, cost-effective solutions.
• Provide engineering support and training to internal and external stakeholders.
• Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers to secure product specifications.
• Drive sales opportunities through targeted interactions with consultants and contractors.
• Work closely with the sales team to address client concerns and generate new leads.

What You Need Is

• Bachelor's degree or advanced diploma in civil engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the construction industry, on-site or in consulting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and commitment to learning.
