Job summary

Cls in South Africa is seeking an experienced Electrician to join its technical team in Pomona, Kempton Park. The role covers on-site installations, repairs, maintenance and customer support for poultry and piggery equipment, with national and international travel.

The successful candidate will perform fault finding, programming, commissioning, and ensure safety standards, working in agricultural environments with after-hours callouts and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years relevant technical experience.
• Experience with installation, repair and servicing of poultry and piggery equipment.
• Electrical wiring, distribution boards, and fault finding.
• Programming and commissioning of technical equipment.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally; after-hours callouts.

Responsibilities

• Install poultry and piggery equipment per customer specs.
• Install electrical wiring and distribution boards.
• Repair, maintain and fault-find equipment.
• Provide on-site customer support and site visits.
• Produce service and installation reports and maintain documentation.
